Spam Controls

Reliable hosting offers incredible spam control... and it's easy to configure.

Spam-be-gone!

1. Log into your CalicoHosting.com account with your email address and your email password.
2. Click the "Manage Spam" icon.
3. You can choose a pre-configured custom protection level (off to High). Below that you'll see some information about the spam we've prevented from reaching your inbox.
4. Click on "Settings" in the left column. You can customize the behaviour of Maia Mailguard here.
5. Click the little the pad and pencil icon at top right, next to your Primary Address.
6. On this screen you can modify your settings to suit your needs:
   -Change the threshold for considering a message junk.
   -Change the default actions for mail marked as junk.
   -Change filters for attachments and headers.
7. Click on "Update This Address' Settings" when you're done.
8. Click the "W/B List" icon in the left column if you want to edit your white list and/or black list. (Addresses on your white list always get to you. Your black list is blocked automatically.)
